Refund Policy
Last Updated: January 1, 2026
1. Comprehensive Overview of Consulting Deliverables
Stratixo provides premium, high-level strategic consulting, deep-dive operational audits, and customized business intelligence services. Due to the bespoke, labor-intensive, and highly specialized nature of these intellectual deliverables, our refund policy is designed to protect the immediate deployment of our expert resources while ensuring absolute transparency for our clients. Because the core value of our service is the transfer of proprietary knowledge, analytical frameworks, and strategic insights—which inherently cannot be "returned" or unlearned—all sales are considered final, and we categorically do not offer refunds once active work, research, or diagnostic processes have commenced.
The commencement of work is formally defined as the moment the initial strategic intake session is conducted, or the moment the client is granted access to our proprietary assessment portals, whichever occurs first.
2. Strategy Services, Audits, and Upfront Resource Allocation
Upon signing a formal Statement of Work (SOW), engaging a retainer, or purchasing a discrete strategy package (such as a Strategic Growth Blueprint), our senior analysts and research teams immediately begin allocating significant time, reserving bandwidth, and frequently purchasing necessary third-party data sets or industry reports specifically tailored to your engagement.
Therefore, any initial deposits, setup fees, or upfront payments required to initiate the project are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. These funds cover the immediate, unrecoverable costs of resource deployment, initial architectural mapping, and the reservation of our consulting team's capacity, which prevents them from taking on other engagements during your contracted period.
3. Cancellations, Retainers, and Ongoing Subscriptions
For clients engaged in ongoing retainer agreements, continuous advisory subscriptions, or phased implementation projects, we provide a structured cancellation process. If you wish to terminate an ongoing retainer or subscription, you must provide formal, written notice to your designated Account Director at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the next scheduled billing cycle.
Upon receiving a valid cancellation notice, your services and access will continue unabated until the end of the currently paid billing period. However, we explicitly do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service, unused consulting hours within a billing cycle, or early termination of a contracted phase. The financial commitment for the active billing cycle remains binding, ensuring our team is compensated for the bandwidth allocated to your account for that specific timeframe.
4. Dispute Resolution and Exceptions
While our policy is strict, we maintain a commitment to professional integrity. If you believe there has been a verifiable billing error, duplicate charge, or a catastrophic failure on the part of Stratixo to deliver the foundational elements outlined in the SOW, you must submit a formal dispute to billing@stratixo.io within 14 days of the incident. Management reserves the right, at their absolute and sole discretion, to review such disputes and grant exceptions to this policy in highly extraordinary circumstances. Such exceptions do not constitute a waiver of the policy for future engagements.
